Supirb Privacy Policy

We are Supirb Technologies, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Supirb”), and owner and operator of the Supirb website (, the SupirbEvents website (, and all affiliated websites thereto (collectively, the “Supirb Websites”).

We provide you this Supirb Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to help you understand what personal information we collect from you on the Supirb Websites, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your personal information. Because we are an Internet company, some of the concepts below are a little technical, but we have tried our best to explain things in a simple and clear way. That being said, if you have any questions or comments about this Policy, please feel free to contact us at

What information do we collect from you and how?

We collect personal information you provide on the Supirb Websites in the following three ways (collectively, “Personal Information”):

    1. We may collect and store the following types of information and content you provide on any of the Supirb Websites including: (1) your name, e-mail address and zip code; (2) your account username(s) and password(s) for any of the Supirb Websites; (3) your profile photo(s) for any of the Supirb Websites; (4) your recommendations, comments, and communications on any of the Supirb Websites; and (5) your location data (if you access any of the Supirb Websites from a mobile device).
  2. When you permit us to access it from other online sources.

For example, you may provide us access to Facebook or Twitter accounts you have, which allows us to obtain information from those websites and applications (e.g., your friends, contacts, etc.). However, the type and amount of information we obtain from those websites and applications also depends on such websites and applications’ own terms of use and privacy policies. Be sure to check the terms of use and privacy policies of the websites and applications you provide us access to determine what information is collected by such websites and applications and disclosed to us and others.
  3. When you use the Supirb Websites or Supirb products.
    1. These days, whenever you enter a website, access a mobile application, or use any type of Internet service, it is almost a certainty that information about you gets created and recorded in an automated way. The same is true when you access or enter any of the Supirb Websites, and here are some of the types of information we collect in this way:
      1. Log Data. When you use any of the Supirb Websites, our servers automatically record information about your interaction with such Supirb Website(s), including information that your browser creates whenever you visit a website (collectively, “Log Data”). This Log Data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the webpage you were visiting before you came to the Supirb Websites, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you use the Supirb Websites.
      2. Device Information. In addition to Log Data, we may also collect information about the device you use to access the Supirb Websites, including such device’s model type, operating system, unique identifiers, crash data, and other related information (collectively, “Device Information”). The type of Device Information Supirb collects often depends on what type of device you are using and your device’s own settings. Different types of Device Information is made available to us depending on whether you are using a Mac, a PC, an iPhone, or an Android phone. To learn more about what Device Information your devices makes available to us, please refer to the policies of your devices’ manufacturer and any related software provider(s).
    2. What is the difference between Personally Identifiable and Non-Personally Personal Information?
    3. It is important to distinguish between personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable Personal Information because we handle such types of Personal Information differently. The Personal Information we collect may be classified as “Personally Identifiable” (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or “Non-Personally Identifiable” (meaning it can not be used to specifically identify you). We use your Personally Identifiable Personal Information to enhance your user experience on the Supirb Websites. We use your Non-Personally Identifiable Personal Information to perform our business operations and help further develop our products and services. Unless otherwise provided in this Policy, we will not share your Personally Identifiable Personal Information with an outside person or business unless you explicitly authorize us to do so or are required to do so by law. When we use Cookies, we may use “Session” Cookies (Cookies that last until you close your browser) or “Persistent” Cookies (Cookies that last until you or your browser delete them). For example, we may use Cookies to store your language preferences on the Supirb Websites or other related settings so you do not have to set your language preferences each time you visit any of the Supirb Websites.
